Brief description of the production cycle
Raw material
Our consumption alloys are A413, AS9U3, A383/3, and Zamak 3, 5 which are purchased from the most high quality raw material producing companies both in Iran and abroad. These material are inspected (material analyze with quantometer) by the QA unit in the beginning of the cycle and suppliers are also subjected to quality and quantity periodical assessment during the production, in order to fully meet the organization and customer requirements.
Die casting
12 aluminum die casting machine ranged from 150 to 1200 tone
9 Zamak die casting machine ranged from 40 to 220 tone
These machines are operating in a 2000 sqm working place together with skillful operators and trained personnel which enable us to manufacture monthly 150,000 aluminum and 350,000 Zamak parts. One of our main advantages is the capability of mass production of rather complicated parts which are unique in their design and structure and need special technical knowledge and skillful production personnel. Moreover these parts need advanced production processes that have been developed through years of research and development programs in the factory. One of our other important advantages is the ability to change the production combination and open or install big dies quickly so that it enhances the total efficiency of the production line.
Trimming
In order to increase the quality and efficiency, every die casting machine has its own trimming machine to make the process faster and easier.
Machining
This unit has extensive facilities and machineries for performing part machining processes with trained and skillful personnel. It has the ability to accomplish high speed machining operations to meet customer’s high capacity requirements for both aluminum and zamak parts.
Polishing
This process is required for parts which need electroplating.
Packaging
Assembling and packaging the final product is performed in a special place in accordance with customer order (and defined standards).
