This unit focuses on doing activities which are part of quality management job. They are responsible for creating certainty in meeting customer quality requirements and needs. Some of their activities include direct execution and improvement of the following processes:
- Quality management system planning
- Customer feedback (customer satisfaction measurement, customer complaints investigation …)
- Reporting analyze
- Programming and project control
- Constant improvement (quality costs and 5S)
- Corrective/Preventive action
- Quality records control
- Human resources supply and maintenance (Training, satisfaction measurement and workers knowledge)
- Internal audit (system, process and product)
- Document control
