Our engineering unit with experienced and skillful mechanic and industrial engineers is responsible for planning the creation of product, investing customer needs and controlling technical documents. The unit's activity includes:
- Preparing technical documents of the product (drawing, BOM, …)
- Preparing technical documents of the process (PFC, control plan, FMEA, placement, worker's risk, total and functional inspection, …)
- Certify the produced part (PPAP)
- Planning and project control
- Engineering changes control
- Technical feasibility test of the customer enquiry
- Tools management (designing and making die, special tool, fixture, control gauges …)
Our software used include:
- Solidwork, Mechanical Desktop for designing die, tools and fixture
- Powermill for taking G-code
- CNC Pro Cast for simulating injection process in die casting
