Alyazh-kar is one of the oldest and most creditable manufacturers of die casted parts in Iran, with more than 40 years experience and extensive production facilities for designing and making rather complicated industrial parts from Aluminum and Zinc alloys.
Founded in 1969 in Tehran, this company has pioneered in the industry and during its activity; it has always tried to own an excellent market share of automotive and non automotive die casted parts in Iran.
In order to meet the quality needs of the customers, the company is working based on ISO/TS 16949:2002 quality management system and SAPCO 86, Sazeh Gostar AR8601 customer special requirements, Bahman Group Pantan model and other complementary requirements.
The extensive range of the products mainly serves automakers, Home appliances, lighting, agricultural machineries and computer and telecommunication industries.
Company’s annual production is 600 tones aluminum and 400 tones Zamak parts which totally are about annual 6,000,000 die casted parts, 80% of which is automotive and 20% non automotive parts.
Company’s founder and managing director, Norair Shahbazian is one of the pioneers and founders of die casting industry in Iran with more than 50 years activity resume in different categories starting from designing and tool making to mass production of industrial parts. He has a considerable role in industry’s quality and quantity progress in Iran.
